        These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Triptronic website, mobile application, digital platforms, and related mobility services.

        1. Introduction and Acceptance

        In these Terms and Conditions, Aravam Tech Solutions Private Limited is referred to as “Triptronic”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”.

        By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, or by booking any service through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the applicable policies referenced herein.

        If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or its services.

        1.3 Eligibility

        You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Where a booking is made on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to make the booking and accept these Terms on their behalf.

        1.4 Privacy Policy

        The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by Triptronic’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

        2. Access to and Use of the Platform

        2.1 Platform Availability

        Triptronic endeavours to maintain the availability and functionality of its Platform. However, access may occasionally be interrupted, restricted, suspended, or affected by maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

        The Platform and its content are provided subject to applicable law and the limitations expressly stated in these Terms.

        2.2 Accuracy of Information

        Triptronic endeavours to provide accurate and updated information relating to its services, fares, vehicle availability, booking details, and service providers.

        However, information may change due to operational requirements, third-party updates, availability, or other circumstances. Any applicable limitations, charges, or restrictions communicated during the booking process shall apply.

        2.3 Third-Party Services

        Triptronic may facilitate access to transportation and related services provided by third-party vehicle owners, fleet operators, chauffeurs, and other service providers.

        The applicable service provider may be responsible for fulfilling the transportation service, subject to the booking arrangement and the respective contractual obligations.

        Triptronic’s role, responsibilities, and liability in relation to third-party services shall be determined by the applicable booking terms, service arrangements, and applicable law.

        2.4 Prohibited Activities

        Users shall not:

        1. Use another person’s account, identity, credentials, or personal information without authorisation.
        2. Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
        3. Create fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorised bookings.
        4. Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
        5. Attempt to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or compromise the security or operation of the Platform.
        6. Introduce malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.
        7. Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying software.
        8. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorisation.
        9. Misuse promotional offers, referral codes, discounts, or other incentives.
        10. Engage in conduct that threatens, harasses, abuses, or endangers Triptronic employees, chauffeurs, customers, or service providers.

        2.5 Suspension or Restriction of Access

        Triptronic may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a User’s account or Platform functionality where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, misuse, security risks, violation of these Terms, or legal or regulatory requirements.

        Where appropriate, Triptronic may provide notice and an opportunity to address the relevant issue, subject to applicable law and operational requirements.

        3. User Accounts and Platform Functionalities

        3.1 Account Registration

        Certain features of the Platform may require registration or account creation.

        Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information and are responsible for updating information when necessary.

        3.2 Account Security

        Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTPs, and account information.

        Users must promptly notify Triptronic if they suspect unauthorised access or misuse of their account.

        Triptronic shall not be responsible for losses arising from a User’s failure to safeguard their credentials, except to the extent required under applicable law.

        3.3 Platform Features

        Depending on the User’s account type, Triptronic may provide access to features such as:

        • Searching and booking transportation services.
        • Managing current and previous bookings.
        • Viewing booking details and service status.
        • Accessing invoices, receipts, and payment information.
        • Managing corporate travel and employee mobility requirements.
        • Accessing available promotional offers and referral programmes.

        Triptronic may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable contractual obligations and law.

        3.4 Corporate Accounts

        Corporate customers, administrators, employees, and other authorised Users may be subject to additional contractual terms, service-level agreements, payment arrangements, and company-specific policies.

        Where additional terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable written corporate agreement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

        4. Search and Booking Functionalities

        4.1 Search Services

        The Platform may enable Users to search for available transportation services based on selected parameters, including location, date, time, vehicle type, service category, and other preferences.

        Search results depend on the information entered by the User and the availability of services at the time of the search.

        4.2 Search Results

        Search results may display available service providers, vehicle options, estimated fares, and other relevant information.

        The availability of a service in search results does not necessarily constitute confirmation of a booking.

        4.3 Booking Requests

        A booking request is subject to availability, applicable booking conditions, successful processing, and any required payment or confirmation.

        A booking shall be considered confirmed only when Triptronic communicates confirmation through the Platform, email, SMS, or another designated communication channel.

        4.4 Booking Information

        Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during booking is accurate, including:

        1. Passenger name and contact details.
        2. Pickup and drop-off locations.
        3. Date and time of travel.
        4. Passenger count and relevant requirements.
        5. Flight or travel details, where applicable.

        Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the fulfilment of a booking.

        4.5 Changes and Cancellations

        Changes, amendments, and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable booking-specific terms, cancellation policy, fare conditions, and service provider requirements.

        Any applicable cancellation fees, amendment charges, refunds, or other deductions shall be communicated or determined in accordance with the applicable policy and law.

        5. Prices, Fares, and Payments

        5.1 Pricing Information

        Triptronic endeavours to display accurate and updated pricing information.

        Displayed prices may be subject to changes based on service availability, booking details, operational conditions, applicable taxes, tolls, parking charges, waiting charges, or other disclosed fees.

        The applicable fare and payment conditions shall be those communicated during the booking process or specified in the relevant service agreement.

        5.2 Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment

        Where an advance payment is required, the User must pay the specified amount within the communicated timeframe.

        For bookings requiring a 20% advance payment, the booking shall be confirmed only after successful receipt and verification of the applicable advance payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.

        5.3 Payment Methods

        Triptronic may facilitate payment through available methods, including digital payment services, cards, UPI, or other payment options supported on the Platform.

        Payment processing may involve third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their applicable terms and conditions.

        5.4 Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

        Where a payment is unsuccessful, declined, reversed, or not received, Triptronic may hold, cancel, or require reprocessing of the booking, subject to the applicable booking terms and law.

        Users should not assume that a booking is confirmed solely because a payment attempt has been initiated.

        5.5 Refunds

        Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with the relevant booking conditions, cancellation policy, payment terms, and applicable law.

        The time taken for a refund to reach the User’s account may depend on the payment method and the relevant financial institution.

        5.6 Additional Charges

        The User may be responsible for additional charges that are disclosed during booking or arise under the applicable service conditions, including applicable tolls, parking fees, waiting charges, or other authorised expenses.

        Any disputed or unauthorised charges may be raised with Triptronic through the designated support channels.

        6. Transportation and Service Providers

        6.1 Service Facilitation

        Triptronic may connect Users with transportation service providers, including vehicle owners, fleet operators, chauffeurs, and other operational partners.

        The exact role of Triptronic in a particular booking shall depend on the service offered, contractual arrangements, and applicable law.

        6.2 Service Availability

        Transportation services are subject to vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, operational requirements, traffic conditions, weather, and other circumstances affecting service delivery.

        Triptronic will endeavour to facilitate the services in accordance with the confirmed booking and applicable obligations.

        6.3 Chauffeur and Passenger Conduct

        Users must behave respectfully and lawfully towards chauffeurs and service providers.

        Chauffeurs and service providers are expected to perform their services in accordance with applicable laws, safety requirements, and the relevant operational standards.

        Any safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or service complaints should be reported to Triptronic through its official support channels.

        6.4 Safety and Regulatory Compliance

        Transportation services are subject to applicable road transport laws, licensing requirements, vehicle regulations, and safety obligations.

        Passengers must comply with reasonable safety instructions and applicable legal requirements during the journey.

        7. Intellectual Property Rights

        7.1 Ownership

        All intellectual property rights in the Triptronic brand, logo, website, mobile application, software, interface, design, content, graphics, text, processes, and related materials belong to Aravam Tech Solutions Private Limited or the respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

        7.2 Limited Use

        Subject to these Terms, Triptronic grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended personal or authorised business purposes.

        No ownership rights or implied licence are granted beyond what is expressly permitted.

        7.3 Restrictions

        Users shall not, without prior written permission:

        1. Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Triptronic’s intellectual property.
        2. Use Triptronic’s trademarks, logos, or brand elements for unauthorised commercial purposes.
        3. Extract, scrape, or systematically reproduce Platform content.
        4. Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain source code or proprietary systems.
        5. Use the Platform’s content or technology to develop an unauthorised competing service.

        7.4 Third-Party Trademarks

        Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

        Their display does not necessarily indicate an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with Triptronic, unless expressly stated.

        8. User Feedback and Reviews

        8.1 Customer Feedback

        Triptronic may invite Users to submit ratings, reviews, feedback, and suggestions concerning its services or service providers.

        Users should provide honest, relevant, and lawful feedback based on their actual experience.

        Users must not submit content that:

        1. Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or abusive.
        2. Contains unnecessary personal or confidential information.
        3. Impersonates another person or misrepresents an experience.
        4. Is fraudulent, misleading, or submitted for an improper purpose.
        5. Violates the intellectual property or other legal rights of third parties.

        8.3 Publication and Moderation

        8.4 Feedback and Suggestions

        Users may provide suggestions, ideas, and recommendations regarding Triptronic’s services and Platform.

        To the extent permitted by law, Triptronic may use such feedback for service improvement and development without an obligation to compensate the User, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

        11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

        Except where expressly provided or required by law, Triptronic does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

        11.2 Events Beyond Reasonable Control

        Triptronic shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, widespread technical outages, or other applicable force majeure events.

        This clause shall not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

        Users are responsible for providing accurate booking information, complying with these Terms, and taking reasonable steps to safeguard their account and personal information.

        3. Fraudulent, negligent, or unauthorised conduct.

        This provision shall not apply to the extent that the relevant claim, loss, or liability arises from Triptronic’s own breach of law or contractual obligations.
